Clouds over Mt. Fuji 🗻
Inspired by a drawing by Japanese artist Hideo Hagiwara, that was originally published in 1980. It’s beautiful how Japanese illustrations depict clouds and I can’t get enough of it! 😍
The clouds are filled with a white hatch pattern, I think the white ink works really well on the white paper, it’s very hard to see on a photo, but in the video (on Instagram) it becomes clear how it adds depth. Definitely something I will keep on playing with. The work is created with an algorithm that I designed.
